Real Estate sales are finally seeing some signs of life. As slight as it may be this fall has seen small increases over the same time last year. The really positive thing for me is that there is not any type of incentive driving the sales which I feel like is a false indicator. It still remains to be seen what November and December will bring however if they folloe October we could be setting up to see a nice spring. One concern is that foreclosures continue to be asore spot in the market. The inventory levels do not seem to be going down which must happen for the marke tto truly recover.
